Quantum-Consciousness / Information-Field Models
Modern proponents explain radionics through consciousness acting on quantum indeterminacy and through layered 'information field' models: Marcus Schmieke presents radionics as an interface between mind and matter, drawing on Burkhard Heim's multi-dimensional field theory (Global Information Field / Energetic Control Level), Kozyrev's time-wave experiments, and the quantum observer problem.

What it claims
- Consciousness is the primary factor in radionic work; the device is of secondary importance.
- Heim's extended field theory provides layers (GIF/ESF) through which information couples consciousness to matter, giving radionics a theoretical home.
- Quantum indeterminacy leaves room for mind to bias outcomes — radionic instruments harvest this bias (e.g. via noise sources).
Proposed mechanism: Operator consciousness biases quantum-level events in the instrument; information fields rather than energy transfer carry the effect to the target.
The mainstream view
Physics recognizes neither information fields of this kind nor any mechanism by which intention biases quantum outcomes; Heim's theory is not part of accepted physics and Kozyrev's mirror experiments were never independently replicated. Schmieke's own text concedes that science does not recognize information fields for lack of evidence. Invoking quantum mechanics for mind-over-matter claims is a recognized misuse of the observer concept.
