The terms that govern your use of MindPeeker's oracle, dowsing and prediction tools.

For reflection and entertainment

MindPeeker's oracles, dowsing charts and predictions are tools for insight and entertainment. They are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, psychological or any other advice. Always use your own judgement and consult a qualified professional for important decisions.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using MindPeeker (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Nature of the Service

MindPeeker provides divination and intuition tools — including quantum-cast oracle readings (I Ching, Tarot, Runes, Geomancy and others), dowsing charts, a map dowsing tool, and a searchable database of public predictions. AI-generated interpretations are produced automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete or contradictory. Readings are offered "as is" for personal reflection and entertainment only. The Service is free: there are no accounts, no subscriptions and no paid tiers. The only money that ever changes hands is the prize we pay out to the winner of a remote-viewing challenge.

3. No professional advice

Nothing on the Service constitutes professional advice of any kind. You are solely responsible for any decisions or actions you take based on content from the Service. MindPeeker is not liable for any outcome resulting from your use of, or reliance on, any reading, interpretation or prediction.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt it, access it through automated means that place an unreasonable load on our systems, or use it for any unlawful purpose. There are no accounts to suspend — but we may rate-limit or block abusive traffic to keep the Service available to everyone.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, its design, original text and software are the property of MindPeeker or its licensors. Public-domain divinatory systems and third-party data sources remain the property of their respective owners. You may use the Service for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

6. Disclaimer of warranties & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MindPeeker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
